Here’s a good one that my dad did of a picture from The New Yorker. I think it’s pretty good.
Vin(o) of choice while drawing: Trouble Maker Red Blend
This one is a drawing my dad did of an old picture of one of his friends. He took one minor artistic liberty with this one…can you find it?
Vin(o) of choice while drawing: Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Malbec 2016
This one is of a tree in my parents’ backyard in Montanta. I think it’s pretty good.
Vin(o) of choice while painting: Ruffino Riserva Ducale - Chianti Classico.
These two are both pieces of the photo found above, an awesome picture taken outside a bar in NYC called Milady’s.
On the left is my Uncle Sonny. On the right is my Uncle Al, and, despite my dad’s assertion, several family members have insisted that that is not my Aunt Judy in the green pants on the right.
Vin(o) of choice while painting: 19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon.
These two are based on a photo (above) of my cousin, Lisa, and her husband, Nebil, on their farm. I also think these are pretty good.
Vin(o) of choice while drawing: Zaccagnini Montepulciano D'Abruzzo.
This one comes from a picture in The New Yorker.
Vin(o) of choice while drawing: Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon.
The one on the left is from another picture in The New Yorker. The one on the right is from a picture my dad took on the NYC subway. I think they are both pretty good.
Vin(o) of choice while painting: Dark Horse Merlot.
